Amanda-- Love the schematic, wish I had a plot where I could do the same. I am restricted to container gardening with my most successful "crop" being my habanera peppers. Jalapeños are truly much too mild. However, I do a massive batch of tomato sauce about twice a year when the components are super cheap. APL
